We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.
Shipping Costs
Within the United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.
No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 16:00 GMT will be processed the next business day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.
Transit Time
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Business Days: Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays: Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, etc.). Please check our website for updates.

Missing Items Procedure
Reporting Missing Items: If your order is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@sohfeecreate.com.
Resolution: We will investigate within 3 business days and either ship a replacement or issue a refund within 5 business days if the claim is verified.
